School induction programme ( November 4 to November 8, 2024) In alignment with our B.Ed syllabus at FMTC Pallimukku , we were granted a valuable opportunity to take part in a five-day induction program from November 4 to November 8, 2024, at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Koickal. This program was designed to give us, as first-year B.Ed students, hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a school environment. The primary objective was to gain insight into the everyday operations within a school encompassing classroom management, teaching practices, administrative roles, and student interactions. Our group included eight students from three optional specializations—English, Natural Science, and Physical Science. Representing the English department were Krishnendhu U, Sreelekshmi S, and Manjima M, while Fathima Hamid and Haleema Noushad represented Natural Science.
