Week 7 (27 january to 29 january 2026) Introduction   The seventh week marked the final week of my second phase of teaching practice at Government HSS Koickal. On 26th January 2026, the school celebrated Republic Day with great respect and patriotism. However, it was not a working day for the students. The celebration reminded everyone of the importance of the Constitution and the values of democracy, unity, and equality. On 27th and 28th January 2026, regular classes were conducted. I engaged the students in my subject as per the lesson plan and completed the planned portions. The classes were interactive, and I tried to ensure maximum participation from students.  Week 6 (19 January to 23 january 2026) Introduction   The sixth week of my teaching practice at Government HSS Koickal was a meaningful and enriching experience. These days helped me improve my classroom management skills and interaction with learners. I focused on clear explanation of concepts and encouraged student participation through questioning and discussions. Each day gave me new learning experiences and helped me understand the individual differences...

COGNITIVE MAP

COGNITIVE MAP  INTRODUCTION   A cognitive map is a simple visual diagram that shows the relationship between different ideas or concepts. It helps learners organize information in a clear and meaningful way. Instead of studying ideas separately, a cognitive map connects them so that students can understand the whole topic easily. In education, cognitive maps are used as a learning tool to improve understanding and memory. When students create a cognitive map, they think about how concepts are related to each other. This active involvement helps them learn better and remember the information for a longer time. Cognitive maps are useful for both teachers and students. Teachers can use them to explain lessons clearly, and students can use them to summarize and review topics. Overall, a cognitive map makes learning simple, organized, and more effective. DESCRIPTION   Cognitive map based on plus one topic.  The first cognitive map is based on the plus one topic pollution....
